Who is JUNG SAEM MOOL, the Korean makeup artist brand?
JUNG SAEM MOOL (정샘물) is a South Korean makeup brand launched in 2015. It's named after its founder, Jung Saem Mool, who has worked as a makeup artist since 1991. Over her career she has done the makeup of Korean actresses such as Jeon Ji-hyun and Kim Tae-hee, opened a studio in Cheongdam, Seoul, later renamed Jung Saem Mool Inspiration, and founded a makeup academy. In 2015 she created her own brand to put her professional techniques in everyone's hands.
The brand is run by JUNGSAEMMOOL BEAUTY, a company based in Seoul. It has a flagship store in Seongsu, Seoul, and another in Singapore, and it is growing in China, the US, Thailand and Japan. In 2026, Korea's industry ministry picked it for its K-Export Star 500 (K-수출스타500) export support program.
