The Site’s purpose is the remote sale, to European consumers, of products imported from South Korea, including:
- Cosmetic products (K-beauty)
- K-pop merchandise
- Korean lifestyle and grocery items
Products are shipped directly from Seoul (South Korea) via our partners DHL Express and Korea Post.
6. Sales to the European Union
As a seller established outside the European Union, MPC TRADES KOREA CO., LTD. declares VAT on its sales of goods imported into the EU with an intrinsic value not exceeding 150 euros via the IOSS One-Stop Shop (Import One-Stop Shop) under the number IM5280003650.
Orders with a value exceeding 150 euros may be subject to customs duties and import VAT, payable by the recipient, in accordance with the customs regulations in force in their country of delivery.
7. Intellectual Property
All elements present on the Site (texts, images, photographs, logos, trademarks, graphic elements, layout, database) are protected by intellectual property rights and belong to MPC TRADES KOREA CO., LTD. or its partners.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, total or partial, of the elements of the Site, by any means or process, is prohibited without prior written authorization from MPC TRADES KOREA CO., LTD.
The trademarks of the products offered for sale (COSRX, Beauty of Joseon, Sulwhasoo, Laneige, Missha, etc.) remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.

MPC TRADES KOREA CO., LTD. strives to ensure, to the best of its ability, the accuracy and updating of the information published on the Site, and reserves the right to correct the content at any time and without notice.
However, MPC TRADES KOREA CO., LTD. cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision, or completeness of the information provided on the Site. Consequently, it disclaims all responsibility:
- for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions regarding information available on the Site;

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These legal notices are governed by French law for consumers residing in French territory, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in their habitual country of residence within the European Union.
In case of dispute, and after attempting to find an amicable solution, French courts will have jurisdiction over disputes involving French consumers, in accordance with Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012.

Orders can take between 1 and 4 business days before being shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is ready.
Thank you for your patience, we are doing everything possible to process your order quickly.
Your order may experience a slight delay due to high demand or because the product you ordered is particularly popular. Restocking may therefore take a little longer, especially for certain items such as lightsticks, albums, or Rejuran and Foodology products.
If we have not contacted you yet, it means there is no problem with your order: you just need to be patient. We are a small team doing our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible. If any issue arises, rest assured that we will contact you immediately.

If your package has just been shipped with K Post, you need to wait for the Korean postal service to collect the package. Tracking information is usually available 1 day after shipping.
You can check your package directly on the local postal service's website.
- If the tracking shows no updates or if your package seems lost, first contact the local post office to verify.
- If after 14 days the package has still not been received, contact us so that we can open an investigation with the Korean postal service. Please provide proof that you have tried to contact the local post office, preferably.
We do everything possible to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely.
If your KPacket package seems stuck before 14 days, we recommend waiting a little longer. You can also contact the local postal service for more information about your package.
If your package was shipped via DHL, contact DHL in your country to check the tracking. Then, contact us so we can reach out to DHL Korea to resolve the issue quickly.
We are doing everything possible to ensure your orders reach you as soon as possible!
For DHL, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days after the shipment of the package and once you have received the shipping notification, not from the order date. We do everything possible to ship your orders as quickly as possible.
If your package is marked "delivered" on the website of your local postal service (La Poste in France, DHL in Germany, Royal Mail in the UK, etc.), you should contact your local post office to find out where your package is. The package may have been handed to a neighbor, left at a nearby drop-off point, or held by the mail carrier for some reason.
If your post office cannot locate the package, please get back to us so we can find a solution together.
We recommend that you request written proof of your contact with the postal service to facilitate any refund process if necessary.
Before shipping, please contact us as soon as possible with your new address so we can update it in time.
Once the package is shipped via K-Packet, we cannot change the address. You will need to contact your local post office to see if it is possible to retrieve or redirect the package.
If your package is shipped via DHL, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to update the address before shipping.
