Frequently asked questions
Are the K-pop albums official?
Yes. We buy them in Korea from official retailers and ship them from our Seoul office, with the inclusions planned by the agency (photocards, posters depending on the version).
Why does an album come in several versions?
Agencies often release several versions of the same album, with different covers, photobooks and photocards. Some are sold as a random version, others as a complete set.
How does a pre-order work?
You reserve the album before its release in Korea. We ship it from Seoul as soon as we receive it. The release date is shown on the cover and on the product page. See all pre-orders.
What is a Weverse, POCA or Digipack album?
These are more compact formats: a QR or NFC card to listen to the album in the app, or a small case with photocards. Smaller and cheaper than the photobook version.
