MQNY Powder Blur Tint
This Korean matte tint from MQNY melts onto the lips, then sets into a powdery, blurred and very comfortable veil. Its fine texture grips without caking and softens the look of fine lines for smooth lips. Apply fully for bold color, or dab on the center and blend outward for a hazy gradient. A small touch on the cheeks, blended with a fingertip, creates a matching blush. Six pink, peach, plum and red shades.
