Apply the SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Hyalu-Cica Radiance Toner immediately after cleansing, on dry or slightly damp skin. Pour a few drops into the palm of your hand or onto a cotton pad, then gently pat onto your face and neck. You can do 2–3 layers using the “toner layering” method for a Korean glass skin effect. Use it morning and evening before your serum and cream to soothe, hydrate, and boost radiance.
