Electronic devices

Devices containing a lithium battery — MEDICUBE Age-R, LED masks, high-frequency devices — cannot travel by postal airmail. They ship exclusively via DHL Express, at a rate that reflects the carrier's dangerous-goods surcharge. If your order contains both such a device and other items, separate shipping fees may apply.

Handling times

Your orders are packed and shipped within 24 to 96 business hours after payment is validated. This window may stretch during K-Beauty Box preparation periods, in the middle and at the end of the month. To reduce our carbon footprint, orders containing a K-Beauty Box subscription ship in a single batch.

All our shipments come with a tracking number, sent by email and available in your MPC account.

Customs and taxes

Depending on the destination country, the order value and the regulations in force, customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees may be applied on arrival by the local authorities or the carrier. These charges are neither set nor collected by Ma Petite Corée: they are entirely the responsibility of the recipient, who is the importer of the products, and cannot give rise to any coverage or refund on our part.

If you receive a request for such fees, settle it directly with the carrier or the customs authorities. If payment is refused or the parcel is not collected, the order is neither refunded nor re-shipped. Customs policies vary from country to country, so please check with your customs before ordering.
