☀️ Morning routine

1. Cleanse your face with a gentle gel or micellar water
2. Apply your usual lotion/toner to balance the pH
3. Unfold the Active Mask and position it, avoiding the eye and lip areas
4. Leave on for 10 to 20 minutes (you can use this time to prepare your coffee)
5. Remove the mask, pat the excess serum until fully absorbed
6. Seal with your moisturizer then your SPF

🌙 Evening routine

1. Double cleanse (oil then foam)
2. Toner
3. Active Mask for 10-20 minutes
4. Massage in the remaining essence
5. Night care or sleeping pack

Recommended frequency: 2 to 3 times per week depending on your needs. The Madecassoside and Ceramide variants can be used daily in a 7-day treatment if your skin is sensitive.

Wait 48 to 72 hours after an invasive procedure. Once the skin has closed, the Madecassoside or Ceramide variant will support recovery. Avoid Vitamin C and Idebenone immediately after an aggressive treatment.

What difference does the "water type / essence type / cream type" texture make concretely?

Water type (Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamin C, Madecassoside): light serum, fast absorption, suitable for combination to oily skin. Essence type (Idebenone): intermediate texture, more nourishing without being heavy. Cream type (Ceramide): rich concentrate, ideal for dry or severely dehydrated skin.
