Which MEDIHEAL mask should you start with?

How often should you use a sheet mask?
2 to 3 times per week as a routine, or daily for 7 to 10 days as a boost (before an event, after traveling, during seasonal changes). Always after cleansing, before your serum and cream.
How long should you leave a MEDIHEAL mask on?
15 to 20 minutes maximum. Beyond that, the fabric starts to dry and can reabsorb moisture from the skin — the opposite of what you want. Once the mask is removed, massage the remaining ampoule residue onto your face and neck before applying your cream.
What is NMF in the Aquaring range?
The NMF (Natural Moisturizing Factor) is a complex naturally present in the skin’s stratum corneum, made up of amino acids, urea, and PCA. MEDIHEAL replicates it in its ampoule to replenish the skin’s natural moisturizing factors — hence the immediate effect on dehydrated skin.
