K-POP DEMON HUNTERS

K-POP DEMON HUNTERS (KPop Demon Hunters) is an animated film from Sony Pictures Animation, directed by Maggie Kang and Chris Appelhans and released on Netflix on June 20, 2025. So it is not a real group: the story follows HUNTR/X, a fictional girl group made up of Rumi, Mira and Zoey, K-pop stars by day and demon hunters by night, facing the rival boy band Saja Boys.

At Ma Petite Corée you will find the K-POP DEMON HUNTERS lightstick in a HUNTR/X version and a Saja Boys version, plus K-POP DEMON HUNTERS merch: plushies, keyrings, a pencil case, a coin pouch and a hooded blanket. Everything is bought in Korea and shipped from our Seoul office.

The K-POP DEMON HUNTERS soundtrack

The soundtrack came out on June 20, 2025, the same day as the film. The HUNTR/X songs are performed by EJAE (Rumi), Audrey Nuna (Mira) and Rei Ami (Zoey): “Golden”, “How It's Done”, “Takedown” and “What It Sounds Like”. On the Saja Boys side, the best-known tracks are “Soda Pop” and “Your Idol”. TWICE also recorded a version of “Takedown”. In 2026 the film won the Oscar for Best Animated Feature and “Golden” won Best Original Song.

HUNTR/X, Saja Boys and their companions

In HUNTR/X, Rumi is the lead vocalist, Mira the main dancer and Zoey the rapper and lyricist. Opposite them, the Saja Boys are led by Jinu, with Abby, Mystery, Romance and Baby. The film also has its mascots: the tiger Derpy and the magpie Sussie, inspired by Korean folk painting. They are the ones you will find as plushies and keyrings in this collection. The K-POP DEMON HUNTERS lightsticks

Like a real K-pop group, the film has its lightsticks: a HUNTR/X lightstick and a Saja Boys lightstick, depending on whose side you are on. To see other groups' lightsticks, head to the lightstick collection.
