After cleansing, apply the PURITO Oat PDRN Gentle Refining Toner onto a cotton pad or directly into the palm of your hands, then gently pat it over your entire face and neck. Use it morning and evening to provide very gentle exfoliation while soothing the skin thanks to the oats. You can layer 2–3 coats if your skin is dehydrated, then continue with your usual serum and cream.
