Bakuchiol vs Retinol: what's the difference?
Bakuchiol is a plant extract that mimics some effects of retinol (cell renewal, smoothing wrinkles) without its irritation. Studies show comparable effectiveness on fine wrinkles, without photosensitivity. Ideal for beginners or sensitive skin.
How to use AHA 912 Wash Off?
As a rinse-off peel mask: apply on clean skin, leave on for 5-10 minutes depending on your tolerance, rinse with lukewarm water. Use 1 to 2 times per week maximum. SPF is mandatory the next day. Avoid combining retinol/bakuchiol on the same day.
What is Omija?
The omija berries (Schisandra chinensis) are a Korean superfood, rich in 5 flavors (sweet, salty, bitter, sour, spicy) and antioxidants. Soothing and toning. In cosmetics, it calms post-exfoliation and boosts radiance.
Is PARNELL suitable for sensitive skin?
With caution depending on the product. Bakuchiol = well tolerated, even on sensitive skin. AHA 912 = use with care, sensitive skin should start with 5 minutes. Omija/Cicamanu = well tolerated. Avoid on very reactive skin with AHA.
