Prickly pear seed oil is the most expensive oil in the world — it takes about 12,000 kg of figs to get 1 L of oil. Rich in vitamin E (8x more than argan oil), it is a powerful natural antioxidant and anti-aging agent. HUXLEY uses it at a record concentration.
Are BioSIS Patches like micro-needling?
It’s the home equivalent of aesthetic micro-needling. The patches contain micro-pyramids of biodegradable actives that gently penetrate the stratum corneum. Use on targeted wrinkles (frown lines, eye contour, nasolabial folds) — 1 patch per area, 2 hours to overnight.
From what age should you use HUXLEY?
From 25-30 years old for prevention, and beyond for correcting established signs. Prickly pear seed oil suits all skin types (even oily — the oil is non-comedogenic). BioSIS Patches are relevant from the appearance of first wrinkles.
Is HUXLEY vegan?
Most of the formulas are. The main active ingredient (prickly pear seed oil) is plant-based. Not all ranges are vegan-certified — check the INCI on a case-by-case basis if this is a key criterion for you.
