Apply the VT Cica Reti-A Essence 0.5 in the evening on clean, dry skin, after your lotion/toner. Start twice a week to get your skin used to retinol, then gradually increase if your skin tolerates it well. Use 1 to 2 pumps on the entire face, avoiding the eye and mouth areas, then finish with a moisturizer to reduce irritation. In the morning, always apply a sunscreen with at least SPF 30, which is essential when using this type of active ingredient.
