It's spring, it signals the arrival of Cherry Blossom (벚꽃 – beotkkot). We all want hydrated and radiant skin to be in tune with one of the most beautiful seasons of the year! We leave behind the thicker textures of winter for a lighter skincare routine!

THE BENEFITS OF THE CHERRY BLOSSOM

A true symbol in Japan, the arrival of cherry blossoms is also celebrated (or Cherry Blossom) in Korea with many festivals. 

Besides being a delicate flower with pastel colors, it is a flower that offers multiple benefits for the skin. It restores radiance to the skin while hydrating it. It is also said to be antioxidant, with soothing properties.

JEJU CHERRY BLOSSOM SKIN

After cleansing your face, you need to regulate your skin's pH and that's where the toner comes in! Or skin. 

In addition to being concentrated in cherry blossoms, the toner is infused with betaine, which is a moisturizing ingredient derived from sugar beet. It creates a protective layer on the skin to prevent hydration loss. This hydrating toner with a light and watery texture instantly recharges the skin after cleansing to boost complexion radiance! Its scent is really pleasant and we really feel like we are immersed in a cascade of flowers. 

The skin is plumped, soft, and much less dull. The tightness that is a sign of skin dehydration disappears for an immediate comfort sensation. We prefer to apply it by hand rather than with cotton to avoid irritating the skin. You don't need a large amount, a few drops are enough to hydrate the skin!

JEJU CHERRY BLOSSOM LOTION

The lotion is an additional step to restore hydration loss. Just after the toner, and every day, the lotion brings comfort back to the skin. Its milky texture is quite light and upon contact with the skin, becomes more liquid to better penetrate the epidermis. 

This texture is ideal for combination to oily skin because it is light. It also leaves no greasy residue on the skin but quite the opposite! The face has a glass skin effect by capturing all the sunlight to bounce off the skin. 

JEJU CHERRY BLOSSOM JELLY CREAM

We had already done the review of this gel cream last year, and still in 2021 we love it!

This range features two creams: Jelly and Tone-up! The TONE-UP is a cream texture that will have a much more pronounced brightening effect than its little sister, the Jelly. Again, we opted for its light and gel version. A transparent gel cream that offers rich hydration to dehydrated and dull skin.

This cream is super refreshing, it leaves the skin really well hydrated, also light. The gel texture penetrates the skin quite well without leaving a shiny film on the skin.
